10 Days of Prayer 2026

“I do not ask for these only, but also for those who will believe in me through their word, that they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be in us, so that the world may believe that you have sent me.”            — Jesus at the Last Supper

10 Days of Prayer is a step of faith and obedience in response to Jesus’s prayer for unity in John 17:20-21. This is about seeing His church in the Souhegan Valley unite in prayer and fasting, so we can respond to His invitation to seek Him and His righteousness that His will may be done on earth as in Heaven.

10 Days is a call to slow down and enter His rest in the presence of God.

It may include, as the Lord leads and individual churches desire, worship, prayer, fasting, and fellowship among believers with a focus on repentance, humility, praying for God’s promises, and mourning for our sins and the state of our world. It’s a call to take a break from what’s normal on earth so we can enter into what’s normal in heaven.

10 Days aligns with 10 “Days of Awe” between the biblical Feast of Trumpets [Rosh Hashanah] and the Day of Atonement [Yom Kippur]. Though not required, it pleases God when His people set themselves apart to seek and call upon His name.

We invite you to join as churches and believers for these 10 Days – Sept. 11 – 21.
